1. Who we are

Archer AP is the Alternative Provision service of Archer Resourcing Ltd (company no. 11341275), registered at Robert Ransome House, Floor 2, 19 Carr Street, Ipswich, IP4 1ER. We are the data controller for personal data we collect through this website and through our referral and placement process.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, phone, organisation).
  • Referral information including the young person's first name, year group, key needs and EHCP details where shared with us.
  • Correspondence you send us by email or phone.
  • Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) collected automatically when you visit the site.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and process referrals.
  • Match suitable, vetted tutors and coordinate placements.
  • Meet safeguarding, contractual and statutory obligations.
  • Improve our services and the performance of this website.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests for general enquiries, contract for delivering agreed services to schools and local authorities, legal obligation for safeguarding and record-keeping, and consent where required (for example marketing communications).

5. Sharing

We share information only with the referring school or local authority, the assigned tutor, and trusted service providers (e.g. email and hosting) under written agreements. We do not sell personal data. Where required by law, we may disclose information to regulators, safeguarding partners or law enforcement.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal and safeguarding obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email jchallis@archerinclusion.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
