About Archer AP
Specialist Alternative Provision, built on a decade of SEND resourcing.
Archer AP is the Alternative Provision service of Archer Resourcing Ltd — a specialist SEND education recruiter founded in 2018 and based in Ipswich. We exist to make sure that every child outside mainstream school still gets the consistent, high-quality teaching they deserve.
Our mission
To deliver safe, consistent, EHCP-aligned tutoring to children and young people whose needs cannot currently be met in a mainstream classroom — and to do so with the safeguarding, professionalism and pace that schools and local authorities can rely on.
What sets us apart
- • A national database of SEND-trained, DBS-cleared tutors built up over years of specialist recruitment.
- • Every placement led by a named Placement Coordinator — one point of contact for the family, school and tutor.
- • Safeguarding-first onboarding: parental consent, medical and safeguarding forms gathered before session one.
- • Fortnightly written progress reports issued to school, parents and (where relevant) the local authority.
- • Established sub-contract relationships with leading AP providers including Study Mind and Outcomes First Group.

We are fully compliant with the Equality Act 2010, GDPR and Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. All staff engaged via Archer are PAYE in line with IR35/agency legislation.
